Azli obtained a scholarship from UiTM to do his Masters in Food Science at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi. A challenge-loving, competitor-spirited and innovative Azli has involved himself in numerous cooking and food product creating competitions, but his big break was when he won first place in Maggi’s ‘Mencari Bintang’.
Azli’s sheer interest in gaining and trying new recipes is the reason behind his first cookbook, ‘Keenakan Pencuci Mulut’ which contains 35 delicious dessert recipes. Currently lectures in UiTM.
